2 c yellow cornmeal 1 c flour 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp dried parsley flakes 1 tsp salt 1 tsp celery salt 1 tsp onion salt 1 tsp lemon pepper 1/2 tsp ground red pepper Combine the above together OR layer in a glass bottle, if you can find a glass bottle in the shape of a fish, this would be perfect! Makes about 3 c of powdered mixture and will coat 4 lbs of fish. Tie the neck of the bottle with raffia, which can have a seashell looped through it if possible. Attach to Bottle: Favorite
