1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon of the following:
accent
garlic powder
cayenne pepper (less if you wish)
meat tenderizer
paprika
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Mix this together and seal in plastic bag or air tight jar and give as gift.

Attach to Jar:

Put a heavy coat on your ribs, chicken, steaks or what ever and marinate for several hours or overnight. Grill and you will not believe how wonderful this is. Use some of the juice to pour over your meat while it is cooking.  The meat is very tender and juicy with much flavor and wonderful color.
