In large bowl, cream together the butter, egg, and molasses. Add the Molasses Cookie Mix and beat until smooth. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls; roll in granulated sugar & place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
