M & M Oatmeal Cookies 1/2 Cup white sugar 1/4 Cup plus 2 Tbps. brown sugar 3/4 Cup oatmeal 1 Cup M & M 1/4 Cup plus 2 Tbps. brown sugar 1 & 1/2 Cup flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. table salt Layer ingredients in a quart jar in order given. Attach to Jar: M&M Oatmeal Cookies Empty cookie mix into large mixing bowl, stir to combine. Add 3/4 cup softened butter or margarine, 1 - slightly beaten egg, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix until completely well blended. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 10-12 min.
