| Cranberry Drops In A Jar 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 cup shortening 1/3 cup brown sugar; packed 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 cup dried cranberries; snipped 3/4 cup walnuts; chopped STIR together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, & salt in a medium mixing bowl. Cut in the shortening till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. LAYER in a 1-quart glass jar or canister the following ingredients: brown sugar, granulated sugar, cranberries, flour mixture, & walnuts. Tap jar gently on the counter to settle each layer before adding the next. Cover jar & attach baking directions. Attach to Jar: Cranberry Drops Use within 1 month. Heat oven to 375 F.
