Mocha Cocoa Mix

2 cups dairy creamer such as Cremora
2 cups Carnation instant milk
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1/2 cup instant coffee1 vanilla bean, split

Mix in a blender, except the vanilla (bean or liquid), so the size and consistency is equal. Put in an air tight container and add vanilla bean.

For gifts: put in a pretty jar and top lid with a quilting square. Tie with burlap around the neck of the jar.

To make 1 cup: heat 6 oz water to boiling and add 4 to 5 heaping teaspoons. Stir. Add a dollop of whipped cream or marshmallow.
