10 1/2 C. Non-Fat Dry Milk 4 C. Confectioner's Sugar 2 8 oz. Jars of French Vanilla Flavored Non-Dairy Powdered Creamer 3 1/2 C. Chocolate Mix for Milk (Nestle's Quick) 2 3/4 C.
