Granola Pancakes (or waffles) Recipe Instructions: ¼ cup dry-roasted sunflower nuts (un-salted trust me on this) ¼ cup chopped pecans/walnuts or almonds (or mix all three) ¼ cup oatmeal 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 cups Original Bisquick mix Add
½ Bisquick to bottom of jar. Mix cinnamon with remaining Bisquick and
set aside. Add layer of nuts and layer of remaining Bisquick. Add layer
of oatmeal and top with lid. Granola Pancakes (or waffles) 1 1/4cups milk Mix all together. Cook on griddle until done. Can be made into waffles also by adding 2 tablespoons of oil and cutting back milk to 1 cup. |
