Cranberry Orange Flapjacks

4 cups quick oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup craisin's
2 tablespoon orange zest
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup powdered milk
3 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Combine all ingredients & measure 2 cups into ziploc bad or a easy seal jar.

Attach to Jar:

To enjoy your Cranberry Orange Flapjacks add;

2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup oil
1 pkg. flapjack mix
1 c. water (or orange juice for more flavor)

Lightly oil a hot griddle or pan - add desired mix and cook until bubbles form on top of flapjack. Flip once and cook until golden brown
