Lemon Tarts
Recipe Instructions:
I use Gluten Free Flour, but normal flour works just as well.
This recipe makes a delicious Lemon Tart that can be enjoyed as a
cake/slice or a dessert
In a jar layer:
1 cup of Sugar
½ cup flour (Gluten free or normal)
1 cup of desiccated coconut
Attach to Jar:Lemon Tarts
Add
4 eggs
½ cup melted butter
3 tsp of grated lemon rind
1 cup of (lemon, orange juice combination)
1 cup of milk
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixed. Pour into
greased pie dish and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180oC or
350oF until lightly golden and firm to touch. Serve warm or cold with
yogurt and berries |
