Lemon Tarts

Add
4 eggs
½ cup melted butter
3 tsp of grated lemon rind
1 cup of (lemon, orange juice combination)
1 cup of milk
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until
mixed. Pour into greased pie dish and bake in a
preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180oC or 350oF until
lightly golden and firm to touch. Serve warm or cold
with yogurt and berries |
