Brownie Mix in a Jar or Tin

Start looking for unique tins now to use later. Mix the ingredients, place them into a large Ziploc bag and then into the tin. Add a bow and a recipe card for a beautiful gift! Note: If you are including the nuts, place them into a separate bag, for freshness!

2 1/4 cups white sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Brownies in a Jar

You will need:
3/4 cup butter, softened
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Large bowl
Pour the ingredients into a large bowl. Add the butter and eggs, mixing until thoroughly blended. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
